Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We process and ship 100% of orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Shipping Rates

Economy Shipping: $15 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify when shipping to a single address (excludes corporate orders).

Expedited Shipping: $39 flat rate. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery Dates & Timelines

While we strive to deliver your gift box on the date you select, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday volume.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination (shipments originate from California).

USPS, UPS, and FedEx no longer guarantee delivery dates except for next-day air.

Any package delay caused by factors outside of our control is not eligible for refund or discount.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for all costs to re-ship the order. This includes:

• $15 repacking fee
• $25 carrier return fee
• New shipping charges based on size, weight, and destination

If we cannot reach you or payment is not received within 7 days, the package becomes the property of Modern Pine Studio. We do not issue refunds for non-deliverable shipments.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery in the case of loss) and provide any supporting details we request. We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim.

Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, many orders are processed within hours of receipt. We cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final and not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Final Note: We are committed to delivering your gifts promptly and in perfect condition. While some factors are beyond our control, our team takes every step to ensure a seamless, elevated gifting experience from start to finish.
