Shipping FAQ

We process and ship 100% of orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. 

Because we ship quickly, many orders are processed within hours of receipt. We cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

While we strive to deliver your gift box on the date you select, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday volume.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination (shipments originate from California).

USPS, UPS, and FedEx no longer guarantee delivery dates except for next-day air.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for all costs to re-ship the order. This includes:

  • $15 repacking fee
  • $25 carrier return fee
  • New shipping charges based on size, weight, and destination

If we cannot reach you or payment is not received within 7 days, the package becomes the property of Modern Pine Studio. We do not issue refunds for non-deliverable shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery in the case of loss) and provide any supporting details we request. We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim.
